Designed to accommodate a variety of trays and pans. Oven will hold (1) 18x26 sheet tray or (2) 12x20 hotel pans per tray slide. Tray slides are fully adjustable and removable. For easy tray adjustment the uprights have been punched at 1.5" spacing. Cabinets can also be equipped with optional wire shelves for added flexibility. Will accommodate (18) 18x26 trays or (36) 12x20 pans at 3" spacing.
Oven features FWE's heavy-duty all stainless steel construction and is fully insulated. Welded construction and tubular stainless steel base frame ensure that this cook and hold oven will withstand the most demanding use.
You can choose to cook by temperature probe or you can cook by time. The control panel allows for presets for an easy one touch operation.
